Are you looking for a different team building event in Copenhagen or Odense? Then you have come to the right place. We throw fun, challenging and different team building events with both pole dance, aerial silk and aerial hoop. And with us, everyone can join – men and women, young and old. It’s about cooperation, community, communication and presence – you will of course also be challenged both mentally and physically.
When you show up you get a brief introduction to pole fitness, hoop and silk. Next, we will jointly review some standard exercises so that you can get to know the pole, the hoop or the silk. You will get some exercises that you have to go through, both in groups and individually. These exercises will focus on collaboration, communication and creativity. We make sure that all participants will go home with an experience of success and a closer knowledge of each other and the group as a whole.
