Who are we?
In Pole Republic we believe, that aerial and pole is a form of exercise that can create joy, increase self-esteem and self-confidence and strengthen social bonds.
Our purpose is to make pole and aerial as much inclusive as possible and invite everyone to our studio regardless of their age, size, race, gender, skills, or status.
Our mission is to spread knowledge of aerial and pole sports in the country and to enhance the community around the sport.
This philosophy highly reflects in our work culture as well – employees who work at Pole Republic are from various countries with different and unique backgrounds and stories. All of them have their own style of teaching and approaching the members. The one thing we all have in common, is our big passion for aerial and pole, and the eager to share this love and passion with other people.

If you can say yes to all of the above, we would love to talk to you!
As an instructor we expect you to know basic principles and exercise in either Pole, Hoop or Silk. We will guide and teach you, more about, how to be an instructor, spotting techniques, building up a class and pedagogical approaches. So don’t worry if you don’t know so much about that, we are here to help and develop you.
We teach the following types of classes Aerial Silks, Aerial Hoop, Pole Fitness, Pole Dance, Flexibility. We teach both adults and kids and have different levels on the aerial classes.
