Personal training doesn't always have to be at a gym

Personal training at Pole Republic is for both those who have never trained before and for those who already practice pole, hoop, or silk. If you’re not used to training but want to get in shape in a fun and playful way, we’ll create a training plan for you. We start with a conversation where we map out your desires and goals for the training; here, we get to know each other and figure out which training package suits you best.

After that, we meet 1-2 times a week to train and continually follow up on your progress. If you already practice pole, hoop, or silk, we can start with a specific goal you already have, or we can find one together. Here, too, we begin with a conversation to outline our journey together if.

Our packages

Personal training programs at Pole Republic

Package 1:
Pole/hoop/silk program:
1-2 x 1 hour personal training in pole, hoop, or silk per week.
Initial consultation with goal-setting, discussion of general training, and diet (if desired).

Program 2:
Flexibility training:
1-2 x 1 hour personal training in flexibility training weekly focusing on the desired area. Can be tailored towards classic back-shoulder/front or middle split. Can also be based on aiming to achieve a specific trick in pole/hoop/silk.
Initial consultation with goal-setting, discussion of general training, and diet (if desired).

 

Program 3:
Combined program
1 hour personal training in pole, hoop, or silk training weekly.
1 hour personal training with dedicated flexibility training weekly.
Initial consultation with goal-setting, discussion of general training, and diet (if desired).

Renewed energy

Do you know the feeling when you are tired and lazy? We do ... But we also know that if there is anything that helps, it's a good workout! It triggers endorphins and dopamine.

When you train pole and aerial, you use your muscles - it goes without saying. But it also gives you a stronger and more toned body. We can't promise you a Victoria Secret model body, but we can promise you a healthier body!

Pole and Aerial training is super addictive - in a good way! It's so much fun that you feel like going again and again! You can often see a rapid development in your abilities and that is something that motivates!
