Workshops Day 1 - Friday september 19th

Spin technique & Flow w. Helena

Novice +

Go on a hoop journey with Helena where you will deep dive into spin-technique and flow. In this session you will be working with rotations and stability, how to avoid getting dizzy as well as how to create soft transitions between tricks. You will create flow and elegance in combinations.

Find your style
w. Adriana

Dance, All Levels

In this workshop we will work on finding your dance and movement style, by exploring different styles of dancing, music and movement patterns. Adriana will guide you through different exercises to explore the music talks to you and makes your body move.

Power Pole
W. steven

Intermediate / Advanced

Steven will be teaching you how to build explosive power, first on the mat and hereafter how to translate this to power flows on the pole. There will be variations for everyone and you will get a deeper knowledge on how to create momentum that can fuel a whole combo.

Dynamics in Hoop
w. AMandine

Novice +

Dynamics in hoop can take many forms and often require a blend of technique, body awareness and practice. In this workshop we'll dive into swing techniques, explore a variety of rolls and drops and work towards building a dynamic sequence that connects dynamic tricks.

Flips and Drops in Hammock w. andreea

All levels

Andrea will guide you through a yoga inspired warmup followed by various flips and drops. You'll start with easier versions and gradually progress to more challenging ones, while feeling safe and in control. To treat mind and body after pushing your limits, we’ll slow down with a guided Savasana.

Splitty Tricks
w. Anna S.

Novice +

Anna will guide you through the world of pole splits after one of her amazing split-focused warmups. You absolutely do not need to have a flat split to participate, as Anna will bring both full splits and illusions splits and teach you how to work with the angles to make you look even splittier than you are.

Workshops Day 2 - Saturday september 20th

Handstand Basics
w. Saskia & Maibrit

All Levels

We will go over different handstand techniques and drills, as well as teach you small tangible exercises that you can practice and incorporate in your daily aerial sessions to pave the way to handstands. Never attempted to do a handstand before? Don't worry, we will be with you the whole way.

FAst Windmills
W. Carol

Novice +

Ready for a complete breakdown of all windmill components, effective drills for understanding and practicing the wrap, body positions and hand movements. Fokus on common mistakes that slow progress and techniques to build speed. As a bonus we try the dynamic version too.

Tumbles and Drops w. Anna D

Intermediate / Advanced

In this workshop Anna will bring you into the world of tumbles & drops. She will break it down so that you can get use to the movement step by step, and work on pathways that will leave you looking impressive without (too) much work. You will learn to overcome the fear and have fun.

Get that Straddle W. Christina

All Levels

There is one move that we see across hoop, pole & silk. The straddle/ the invert. Therefore Christina will help you strengthen your body for the straddle, and break the technical mystery that the straddle can feel like. The straddle invert practice can be translated to all apparatuses pole, hoop and silk

Road to Dynamics w. Andreea

Intermediate / Advanced

We’ll explore a dynamic combo, designed to suit different levels and individual abilities. The goal is to gain fluidity in the air and overcome the fear of dynamic movements. We practice momentum, tempo, and body positioning to help you move with greater awareness and confidence.

Understanding Expression w. Anna B

Novice +

Improve your flow and lines with Anna. She will take you through her concepts of movement, how you can adjust a pose or transition to experiment with style and expression. You will practice approaching lines, tempo and flow through feeling and awareness and use the spin pole as a tool to express
