Through one hour, you will be guided by Anna Duc, who will guarantee that the will be one of the most intensive flexibility classes you will ever attend. You will be guided in how to thoroughly stretch both shoulders, chest, split, upper- and lower back in order to do the needle scale in a correct and healthy way.
Anna Duc who host the workshop, loves flexibility tricks and contortion. She is a nerd for details and you will definitely leave with lots of small tips and tricks for your future flexibility journey.

Here is your chance to learn one of the world’s most famous and beautiful pole tricks.
The first hour of the workshop will be the above Needle scale workshop and then for the second hour you will dive into the world of rainbow marchenko on the pole. Anna will give you a step by step guide to this trick and individual comments for further development.
Every particpant will be spotted safely into the trick multiple times.

Hanne has been doing aerial silks for over 15 years and because of this, she has built a great knowledge that she loves to share with others. During her time in the circus school, she has developed her own style in silks which is mainly based on dynamics. Her vocabulary also includes many tricks inspired from the rope, straps and even handstands. Next to that, she has also created her own tricks. With over 8 years of experience in teaching, she knows exactly how to teach all of those skills to her students.
