We combine strength training, stretching, relaxation, and playful movement to help you reconnect with your body.
We believe postnatal training should feel joyful and secure, so you are motivated to continue your training.
Meet other likeminded people, share experiences, thoughts, and challenges. Community is one of our highest values.
The postpartum period can bring many emotions, especially when it comes to returning to exercise. In our classes, we take a gentle approach to rebuilding strength, reconnecting with your body, and understanding both the physical and mental changes that come with this new chapter. If you’re currently pregnant you’re also very welcome to join our classes.
Each course is limited to 10 participants, allowing us plenty of time to guide and support everyone individually. This personal approach is important to us because every body, every recovery, and every experience is different.
Each class lasts 75 minutes, giving you enough time to feed your baby, comfort them and take breaks when needed and still enjoy your workout.
Each course runs for 8 weeks, giving us the opportunity to get to know you while you build connections with the other participants.
Our instructor, Saskia, has more than 10 years of experience teaching pole and aerial. She is also a certified personal trainer, health coach, and exercise instructor.
There is no minimum or maximum amount of time you need to wait after giving birth before joining. We’re ready to welcome you whenever you feel physically and mentally ready to begin your journey back to movement.
