Pole & aerial Course

Do you Have a dream about developing yourself in your aerial journey?

Instructor Course

The Pole & Aerial Instructor Course at Pole Republic is a course that focuses on more than just teaching Pole or Aerial.

We emphasize your personal journey as an instructor and aerialist/poler, helping you develop your unique style. The training includes instruction on Pole and Aerial-specific anatomy, structuring lessons, adapting to individual participants, and handling both physical and mental barriers.

Additionally, you will learn about floor-based strength training and flexibility training in relation to your chosen apparatus. We also cover topics such as nutrition, recovery, and mental health in connection with training. To promote personal development, we offer four hours of individual coaching with either Maibrit or Saskia, focusing on your specific areas of development. Throughout the course, there will also be several masterclasses, with a focus on flow, dance, flexibility, and your main apparatus.

We look forward to welcoming you and supporting your development!
