Castor is the studio’s Physio Warrior. She is an educated physiotherapist and this shows in the way she does pole with perfect shoulders and posture. She is full of energy and strength and her classes reflect her focus on the body’s limitation and nature of strength and flexibility. Around Castor you will learn to use your strength in creative pole combinations and movements and she also loves splits and dynamics on the pole.
“Progress comes before perfection”
Anna is our Bendy butterfly, and this name couldn’t be closer to the poledancer she is. Anna has since 2019, where her pole journey began, had a big passion for flexibility training and how to apply this to pole dancing. In her classes she loves working with clean lines and how to play with tempo and flowy transitions. It means a lot to Anna to follow her students’ personal development, where she supports in finding one’s own creative expression in dance.
“Every pro was once a beginner!”
Anna is a real wash trickster nerd with a passion for some of the world’s most advanced tricks – and not least to learn these from her. With extreme joy and enthusiasm, she teaches with a special focus on the athletic and at the same time aesthetic part of the pole sport. In addition, Anna is a trained doctor and works on a daily basis as a brain surgeon, which gives her an in-depth anatomical understanding of the human body. Get ready for some splits and flips.

Karen’s journey with movement began in her childhood when she immersed myself in the world of ballet. Those years of dancing taught her about discipline, grace, and the beauty of connecting body and mind. As she transitioned to yoga, she found that it allowed her to blend the elegance of ballet with the grounding and transformative power of mindful movement. In her pilates classes you will find ballet inspired strength exercises boost body strength. Her goal as a teacher is to create an environment where students feel empowered to explore their potential, whether they’re refining familiar poses or learning something entirely new.

Carol shares her passion for sports and wellbeing with everyone around her. She is full of energy and determination and will always cheer you on to achieve your goals! She is playful and curious and loves to learn from her students, watching them grow and find their own style in the air.
With a background in classical ballet and Spanish dance, Carol will inspire you to express yourself through movement and be aware of your body from head to pointy toes! She has been teaching aerials and yoga — including aerial yoga — since 2021. Her true love is silks, but you can find her swinging from any apparatus.

Andrea is a dedicated aerial silks instructor known for her focus on strength and flexibility. She inspires her students with the mantra: “Only by knowing your limits can you overcome them.” Andrea seamlessly combines powerful maneuvers with elegant choreography, encouraging artistic exploration in her classes. Whether dazzling audiences at public events or refining techniques in private sessions, her commitment leaves a lasting impact. Her mission is clear: to empower students with strength, refined technique and unleashed creativity, helping each one discover the essence of their own style in the air.

Amandine’s aerial journey began at a young age in circus school, where she fell in love with all types of aerial practices. Today, she shares her passion as an instructor, teaching hoop, pole, and silks. With a focus on safety and technique, Amandine meets her students at their own level and guides them through fun and challenging tricks. Her circus background inspires her passion for performing and combining aerial moves, motivating her to create combos from the tricks she teaches in class. She are ready to make your fly.
“Playing with what you cannot do is the first step to learning what you can”
When Mary was a child, one of her dreams was learning acrobatics and being able to perform challenging tricks. After many years of martial arts, you can now find her playing high up in the silks, looking at things from a new up-side down perspective. Mary support her students in developing body awareness in the air and building both persistence and physical strength. She believes everyone’s journey is different and loves helping others step out of their comfort zones and conquer their individual goals.
“Celebrate yourself!”
You will find Anna teaching pole fitness and flexibility classes. She has been bubbling in love with the sport from the first glance and she especially likes flexible tricks and body-tangling positions. Anna loves to see and meet people where they are, and strengthen their personal journey through the sport. With great optimism and a jolly mood, she supports and celebrates you in your small and big victories – that’s why Anna is our Confidence Booster. Find her classes and give your strength and energi a booster, while getting splittier too.

Meet Steven, one of the most flowy people we know. Steven loves crafting long flows with clean lines on the pole, but you can surely catch him executing quick power pole combinations as well. In Steven’s classes, you’ll feel the energetic, playful, and creative vibes he always brings along. When he teaches, it’s all about bringing out the best in you while keeping the training enjoyable and the vibes high.
“Come fly with me!”
Christina is a trained modern dancer, pilates and yoga instructor. She is a true silk nerd who loves to share her tips and tricks. In teaching, she places great emphasis on basic technique, body position and strength. She likes to combine her teaching with elements from dance, yoga or pilates. In the air, she works with creative tricks and combinations with a little extra focus on the long beautiful lines. Get ready for flowy combinations.
“Pole as your latin partner”
Anja loves poledance and creates and enjoys lots of choreographies, always with the pole as the best dance partner. She has a background in sports dancing and she uses that for inspiration to make the pole your dance partner. Anja has taught pole since 2008, when the sport came to Denmark. She is over 40, and shows a great example of the fact that pole is for all ages. Be sure to join her classes if you want to work on your dancing skills.
“Dancers don’t need wings to fly”
You can always hear when Adriana is teaching, with a thousand sounds, claps, and jumps. When Adriana teaches dance classes, she spends a lot of time creating a safe space where there is room for both dance, emotions, and a sense of community around the dance. She emphasizes the importance of dancers being true to themselves and using their emotions in their dancing. For Adriana, the technical aspect of dance is a focal point, but there is still room for playfulness and laughter. She has explored many different styles of dance over the last twenty years and has combined her creativity on the floor with pole dancing.

You can catch Kieran primarily on our hoop and pole classes, but in fact Kieran is trained in all of the aerial forms of the studio – and you will find them participating in our dance and flexibility classes as well. Kieran is also an experienced performer, and has performed at multiple events as well as festivals! In their classes you will learn the art of performance and movement, in a safe and tangible way with space for laughing and having fun. Kierans classes empathize the fact that learning new things is a road paved with excitement, and they will guide you on your way. Get ready to be challenged.

Fabian will encourage you to dare, to believe in yourself and challenge your body beyond, what your mind tells you. He has more than 15 years’ experience teaching Pole and 10 teaching aerial hoop, and even many more years practicing Ashtanga yoga, which gives an excellent background for body understanding and “make it happen” mind. Fabian focus in his teaching on having a solid base on the physical and technical aspects to allow the development in the discipline. Fabian has a high focus on conditioning, dynamic moves, challenges, core are some of the keywords. So join his classes and get stronger in mind and body.

Andreea is a researcher during the day and a pole and yoga teacher in her free time. Andreea’s aim is to make you feel welcome from the beginning of your pole journey. In her classes she brings a cheerful energy and makes sure you feel supported from the very first step you take into the studio. Andreea also loves other kinds of movement as dance and yoga. She is passionate about animal welfare, sustainability, scuba diving, travelling and vegetarian food!

Helena teaches aerial hoop and flex You’ll immediately feel her positive energy and big smile the moment you step into her class.
Helena loves a good split and often finds creative ways to incorporate it into her unique hoop style. Her style explores swings, spins, and beautiful flow combinations in depth.

Ivana loves sports, healthy lifestyle and a good challenge. Her pole dance style includes elegant and flexible pole moves, but is ready to teach any kind of tricks, flex or strength class. Trained pharmacist and medicinal chemist, with good knowledge of body physiology, she will always patiently explain the technique so you can quickly understand how to master different cool tricks. She strives to create safe space where everyone can bring their best self.

Malene has several years of experience teaching pole, strength, and flexibility. She prefers elegant combinations on a spinning pole but can also be found floating in an aerial hoop or silk. She emphasizes a thorough understanding of the technique that forms the foundation for more advanced tricks, with the belief that training, above all, should be fun. With a smile, she creates a safe and supportive space where students can grow both personally and technically.

Gunvor started poledancing in 2022 and has been bitten by a mad poler ever since. She is a firm beliver in “we can do anything we set our minds to” and just over a year after she started poledancing she won the beginner category at the Danish Nationals. As your instructor she’ll apply the same hell bent optimism and trust in you and your bodys ability. When you leave her class (well actually any class) you should be smiling from ear to ear, knowing how awesome you’ve just been!

In Isabella’s classes, the atmosphere is fun, supportive, and structured. With years of dance experience, she has taken that to the pole and create some amazing pole dance choreographies. She creates a safe space where there’s room for both play and personal expression, while guiding with clarity and a focus on technique. Participants are met with warmth and respect, but also with a purposeful approach that helps them grow and flourish as dancers.

Magdalena always greets you with a big smile and a positive energy that spreads to the whole class.
She loves teaching beautiful splits and backbendy tricks in the hoop – but always makes sure to offer variations and alternatives, so everyone can join in, regardless of level or how they’re feeling that day.

Melina is a certified personal trainer and pole instructor. She’s known for her vibrant energy, her ability to create safe spaces and for always looking like a pink cotton candy. Her classes are full of laughter, cheers, community, and a playful approach to movement. She believes that strength and confidence grows best in an environment with room to breathe, support from the sidelines, and space for both mistakes and victories. She’s passionate about making pole a free space where everyone feels welcome. Get ready for a class with high energy, so you can master and succeed with some new and cool tricks.

When Viktoriia steps into the studio, everything else disappears, it’s just her and the pole. She creates a space where you can be fully yourself, with focus on your body, your senses, and being present in the moment. Viktoriia has spent many years training in various places and competing in pole competitions. Now, she’s excited to share that experience with you, to support you when you feel stuck, and to celebrate your victories. She loves creating flowing combinations with splits and beautiful lines. She’s always ready to adapt the combos to your level, so you feel both challenged and confident.

Nanna stumbled upon pole by chance in 2022. She’s a former stiff-legged football player and never imagined that later in life, she would spend so much of her time around a metal pole. To Nanna, pole is raw strength mixed with femininity, and it gives her immense joy and confidence. She’s excited to pass on that strength, joy, and self-belief to you, she has the honor of teaching. In her everyday life, she works as an assistant unit manager at a psychiatric ward. Nanna loves being surrounded by people and always does everything she can to make others feel heard and safe.

Maibrit makes you feel good and that is why she is the studio’s Feel Good Facilitator. She loves teaching all types of aerials and dance. She is super motivating to be around and with Maibrit you will learn flow, grace and beautiful combinations. Maibrit has a background in dance and gymnastics and you will often find her combining this in her pole and aerial style. She has many years of teaching experience for both kids and adults. Pole and aerials is a huge part of her life and you will often find her in the studio, both behind the reception, answering the phone and e-mail.

Saskia’s pole philosophy is based on all tricks and stretches are better with a smile on your face. Training and pole should be fun and she takes pride in passing on the world’s best sport to new aerialists. Saskia is eternally positive, which is always contagious. She puts a lot of emphasis on technique and correct basic postures. Saskia is a trained X-Pert Xpole instructor and personal trainer. She takes all the useful knowledge with her and translates it into teaching the best possible pole classes. You will find Saskia at the studio in the day and evening, ready to welcoming you.
