Yin Yoga with lærke

Wake up your body with slow but very effective exercises in this Yin Yoga class with Lærke.

Wednesday 5 pm - 6 pm

Back Flexibility with Julia

Get a bendy back and flexible shoulders with Julia, who’ll guide you to a stretched back!

Thursday 4.30 pm - 5.30 pm​

Vinyasa Yoga with Lærke​

Get in shape and in touch with your body in this Vinyasa class with Lærke.

Thursday 6 pm - 7 pm

Outdoor training with Anna

Anna will host outdoor cardio and strength training at Teglholmen (KBH). Maks. 8 people can join. Booking will be done before class. 

Saturday 10 am - 11 am

Front Split with Maibrit

Get a beautiful flexy front Split with Maibrit. She will guide your body after your level. 

The membership is not automatically renewed. You must renew your membership. You sign up for a month at a time. We will host online training for as long as we are locked down. If we open up before a month has ended, you will not be refunded for your membership.

When you have an active membership you will be invited to a facebook group, from where you can access the training.

We will use bottles or dumbells to workout and do fun and efficient exercises for the whole body!
