Great info before you sign up
Termination of membership
Of course, it is perfectly okay if you want to terminate your membership. To do so, send an email to hello@polerepublic.dk - only the administration can terminate a membership. The notice period is the continuous month + 1 month.
Cancellation of classes
If you have signed up for a class that you can no longer attend, you must cancel at least 3 hours before the class start. You can do that in the app you can download once you become a member.
Pause membership
You can pause your membership for min. 2 weeks and max. 3 months. It costs 50 DKK. You can pause by log in to your profile - press Membership - press Freeze Membership - choose the date. Or by writing an email to us hello@polerepublic.dk
Studio rules
As we practice pole and aerial as a sport and fitness for adult as well as kids, we have made a choice to only train with bare feet and in relevant sports wear.
The Facebook group
When you are a member of the Pole Republic, you can also join our Facebook Facebook Group. Here we announce parties, "hygge"-evenings, news about the studio and other relevant stuff for you as a member.
